High-Efficiency Fixed-Speed Air-Cooled Modular Unit
High-Efficiency Fixed-Speed Air-Cooled Modular Unit
The VAX-H series of high-efficiency air-cooled modular units adopt advanced Japanese refrigeration and air-conditioning technologies. The VAX-H uses the environmentally friendly refrigerant R410A. By combining the form of an EVI compressor and an economizer, it increases the subcooling degree of the refrigerant before it enters the evaporator. The enthalpy difference between the inlet and outlet of the system evaporator increases, greatly enhancing the performance of the unit.
The unit has excellent operating performance. The COP (Coefficient of Performance) in the heating condition reaches 3.55, and the COP at full load during refrigeration is as high as 3.45, meeting and exceeding the national first-level energy efficiency standard. Its performance is improved by more than 20% compared with that of conventional fixed-frequency air-cooled modular units.

Product Features

-
Technology and DesignThe unit uses an enhanced vapor injection compressor. By introducing medium - pressure gas for secondary compression, it improves the compressor's efficiency, significantly enhancing both the refrigeration and heating performance of the unit.
-
Performance and FunctionThe COP at full - load refrigeration reaches as high as 3.45, far exceeding the national first - level energy - efficiency standard. Its performance is improved by over 20% compared with ordinary air - cooled modular units. It has a wide operating range. It can be used for heating at an ambient temperature of - 15°C and for refrigeration at an ambient temperature above 5°C, meeting the usage requirements in different seasons. It uses the R410A environmentally friendly refrigerant, which is kind to the environment.
-
Application and ControlIt has a wide range of applications and can meet the refrigeration and heating needs of various commercial and industrial sites. Detailed information about the unit's external dimensions and foundation drawings is provided, facilitating users to carry out installation and layout according to the actual site.
