Nationally Accredited Laboratory

Veck boasts an industry-leading comprehensive laboratory system, which covers multi-dimensional testing capabilities such as acoustics, enthalpy difference, and low temperature. The laboratory has been certified by authoritative institutions including the South China National Metrology Testing Center and the Hefei General Electromechanical National Testing Center. It strictly adheres to more than 30 international and national standards, such as ISO 3745, GB/T 6882, and GB/T 25127. It can accurately complete complex scenario tests, including the sound power level of noise sources, the performance of heat pumps under extreme low temperatures (-32℃), and the tests of large cooling capacity units (up to 1650kW). The laboratory is equipped with precision instruments, and the measurement uncertainty can be as low as 1.0dB (k = 2). The testing range covers an air volume of 200 to 110,000m³/h and a cooling capacity of 2 to 1650kW, meeting the research and development verification needs of all product categories from fan coil units to large-scale chilled water units. It provides high-precision and full-cycle reliable guarantees for technological innovation.

Low-temperature Environment Test Certification

Certificate Number: GMP10B20230097 Certification Content: The laboratory is located in Wuqing Development Zone, Tianjin, specializing in low environmental temperature testing. The heating capacity ranges from 18kW to 130kW, and it supports the verification of the extreme environmental temperature of -25.7℃, in accordance with the standards of GB/T 25127.1-2020 and GB/T 25127.2-2020.

Acoustic Performance Testing Certification

Certificate Number: SSD201500413 Certification Content: The semi-anechoic chamber (5.4m×3.2m×3.6m) has been tested by the South China National Metrology Testing Center and complies with the standards of ISO 3745:2012 and GB/T 6882-2008. The accuracy of the free sound field reaches 100Hz~20kHz, and the background noise is ≤7dB(A), which is suitable for the sound power level testing of precision noise sources.

Comprehensive Enthalpy Difference Performance Laboratory Certification

Certificate Numbers: GMP10B20240063 (Zhenjiang), GMP10B20240198 (Tianjin) Certification Content: The laboratories are respectively located in Zhenjiang City, Jiangsu Province and Wuqing Development Zone, Tianjin. They cover comprehensive testing capabilities of air volume (200m³/h~110000m³/h), cooling capacity (2kW~600kW), refrigeration capacity (20kW~1650kW) and heating capacity (20kW~1650kW), and comply with more than ten national standards such as GB/T 10870 and GB/T 18430.1.
