Compressor

Using a ternary flow high-efficiency closed impeller and high power density permanent magnet synchronous motor, combined with oil-free lubrication technology, motor refrigerant cooling technology, two-stage compression technology, and highly reliable gas bearing technology, significantly extending the unit life and enhancing reliability.

Evaporator

Equipped with a high-efficiency full-liquid heat exchanger, adopting patented liquid distribution plate, baffle plate design, and a new generation of double-sided enhanced high-efficiency evaporation tubes, the heat exchange efficiency has been greatly improved.

Condenser

Using a patented turbulent shell and tube condenser, the subcooling degree is increased to more than twice. At the same time, the use of counter-flow subcooling chamber and high-efficiency condensing heat exchange tubes ensures stable and efficient condensation process, effectively improving condensation performance.

Flash Tank

The use of a flash tank greatly increases cooling capacity, reduces power consumption, and optimizes the refrigeration cycle.

Using an on-board refrigerant-cooled frequency converter with wide voltage range design, smaller size, higher power density, achieving high carrier frequency without derating, and equipped with harmonic filters as standard to ensure stable operation of the frequency converter.

Touch Screen

Using an industrial-grade highly reliable touch screen with controller network port communication, featuring anti-interference and reliable communication, capable of real-time monitoring of unit status, providing reliable protection for stable unit operation.

Controller

Adopting a self-programmed controller with fast response, stable execution, supporting multiple communication protocols such as Modbus, BACnet, SNMP, OPC-UA, powerful and flexible control. At the same time, strategies such as energy-saving optimization, anti-surge, ambient temperature automatic compensation (temperature reset), and adaptive control system are adopted, significantly improving the energy efficiency ratio of the unit.
